"I was kind of in a hurry…"
I was kind of in a hurry, so all the walking inside made the visit feel a bit frustrating. It just seemed like everything was farther apart than I expected, and I felt rushed trying to get through it all.

"A Surprisingly Manageable Cave Visit"
I wasn’t sure how easy the cave would be to get around in, but it actually turned out better than I expected. A few of the paths were damp and a little uneven, so I had to take my time in spots, but the ramps helped a lot. The staff were also really helpful when needed, which made the whole visit feel much more manageable. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I’m glad I went and had a good trip.

"The cave itself was really cool…"
The cave itself was really cool and definitely worth seeing, but the wait was way longer than expected and it kind of took the fun out of it. I also tried reaching out for help, but support kept sending me in circles without really giving me a clear answer. Great spot, just wish the whole experience had been handled better

"Easy and fun cave tour"
The tour moved at a really good pace, not rushed at all but it also didn’t drag on. Our guide gave us plenty of time to look around and take pics, then kept things moving along. It made the whole cave visit feel easy and fun overal.

"Great Spot for Photos"
Really cool place to take pictures! Some of the lighting looked amazing and made for really nice shots. A few areas were crowded so we had to wait a bit, but overall it was a smooth experience and we still ended up getting some great photos.

"Nice Little Stop After the Caverns"
We stopped into the gift shop after visiting Howe Caverns and it was a fun place to browse. They had a good mix of magnets, shirts, rocks, and little souvenirs for kids. The prices were about what you’d expect for a tourist spot, nothing too ridiculous. The staff was friendly too, which is always nice. I’m taking off one star just because it felt a little crowded in there, but overall it was a nice stop

"Cool Cave, But the Tour Felt Rushed"
The cave itself was really cool and definitely worth seeing, but the experience wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. I’ve been on a few cave tours before, and usually the guides take time to answer questions and let everyone enjoy the space a bit. Our guide seemed rushed and didn’t really explain things well or respond to questions in much detail. It kind of took away from what could’ve been a great tour

"Too Cold to Enjoy"
I knew going in that a cave would be chilly, but this one felt way too cold for me. I just couldn’t relax or get comfortable, and after a while I was more focused on wanting to leave than actually enjoying anything. We ended up rushing through most of it just to get back outside. I’m sure some people might not mind it, but for me it wasn’t a good visit.

"Fine for a Quick Stop"
We grabbed some food and drinks while visiting Howe Caverns, it was okay for a quick stop. I wouldn’t really go out of my way for it though. The prices felt a little high for what you get, but the coffee was decent and the snacks were enough to hold us over. The staff was nice, which I appreciated. I just wish they had a few more fresh options. Overall, not bad, but it could be better.

"Pretty smooth visit overall"
Went with a group of 8 and it went smoothly overal. No big issues or long waits, and everyone seemed to have a good time. Would defintely go again.

"Fun Visit with a Great Guide"
I had a really good time here. The place itself was cool to check out, and our guide made the experience even better. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely funny, which kept everything feeling relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely glad I went

"I went with my two kids..."
I went with my two kids. And yeah, the cave was cool to see. No complaints there. But the whole visit just felt kind of rushed, and my younger one lost interest fast.

The staff were fine. Not rude or anything. Just not really helpful in a family-with-kids kind of way. For what we paid, I was hoping it would feel a little easier. More fun for children, I guess.

"Way prettier than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting to be that impressed, but once we got inside the cave the formations were so cool, with all these strange shapes and sparkly little bits in the rock, and I kept stopping every few steps just to stare because it was way prettier and more interesting than I thought a cave tour would be

"Cool cave tour, but I felt a bit misled"
I went to Howe Caverns with my family, and the underground boat ride was the highlight for us. It was really cool and a little spooky in a fun way. The tour itself was easygoing and enjoyable too. That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected the boat ride to be more of a major part of the experience, and it ended up feeling short. Still, we had a good time overall and I’d probably go again.

"Confusing Site, But Booking Worked"
The booking itself went through fine, but the site was more confusing than it needed to be. I was getting annoyed because whoever designed it clearly didn’t think about making things easy for customers. I did get my confirmation in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process should’ve been smoother.

"Really friendly staff"
The staff were so friendly from the moment I got there, which makes such a difference, right? Everyone I spoke with was helpful, easygoing, and just made the whole visit feel a lot more relaxed.
Even when it got a bit busy, they still seemed patient and welcoming, which I really appreciated. I left thinking it was a nice experience overall, and I’d definitely go back again.

"Nice trip, but wow, the stairs"
I had a good time overall. The paths were easy to follow and not really a problem, but somehow the stairs started feeling like way more stairs near the end. I guess that means it was a good walk, even though my legs weren’t totally agreeing by then.

"Easy Ticket Buying"
Buying the tickets was super easy, which I really appreciated. They were a bit pricey for the whole family, kind of more than I expected compared to other... but it still felt worth it in the end.

"Some areas could feel safer"
Overall, it was fine, but there were a few spots where I felt like it could be a little safer. Maybe it’s just me, but I noticed a couple areas that could use better attention or improvements. Has anyone else felt the same way?

"The cave tour itself was actually really..."
The cave tour itself was actually really cool, and I’m glad we did it. But wow, the facility was not it. The bathrooms looked like they were begging for help, and a few areas seemed like they hadn’t seen a mop in ages. The trash bins were already overflowing when we got there, which felt a little dramatic in the worst way. The staff was friendly enough, so no complaints there, but for the price, I was expecting the place to be kept up way better...
